Getting Started
We handle everything from start to finish. After a free consultation, we assess your property, handle any needed improvements, create a professional listing with photos, set dynamic pricing, and manage all guests 24/7. You simply collect your income every month — zero effort required.
Once you sign with us, we typically have properties listed and accepting guests within 3-6 weeks depending on the condition of your property. If your property is already in great shape, it can be much faster. Most owners see full results within 4-6 months.
Absolutely nothing on a day-to-day basis! We handle guests, maintenance, cleaning, communication, and everything in between. You'll receive monthly income reports and payments — that's the only thing you'll hear from us regularly.

We handle all guest communication during outages and coordinate any necessary solutions (generators, etc.). These situations are outside our control but we always respond quickly and professionally to minimize impact on guests and your reviews.
Puerto Rico's tropical climate means pests are a reality. We schedule regular pest control treatments for all properties we manage and respond quickly if any guest reports an issue. Prevention is always our first approach.
Yes, short-term rentals are legal in Puerto Rico. Requirements vary by municipality — some require registration and licenses. We handle all compliance and administrative aspects for the properties we manage, so you don't have to worry about it.
Yes! You can block off dates for personal use at any time. Just give us advance notice so we can manage the calendar and avoid booking conflicts. Your property is still yours — we just help it earn more when you're not using it.
